Dan Stull is a seasoned executive advisor and organizational strategist with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning technology, logistics, professional services, and performance management. As an advisor to Neurodivine, Dan supports the CEO in applying cutting-edge AI tools and practices to enhance the organization’s operations, strategy, and mission delivery. He also brings deep expertise in organizational development, helping Neurodivine build scalable infrastructure and leadership capabilities aligned with its transformative vision.
With a professional foundation that includes P&L responsibility, M&A execution, and corporate finance, Dan has held senior roles such as COO, CEO, and Managing Director across both startup and enterprise environments. He has led the growth of a global consulting office from launch to $150M in revenue and has participated in over a dozen acquisitions, mergers, and exits. His practical experience is further enriched by his academic contributions, including teaching in the University of Washington’s graduate program in Supply Chain Transportation & Logistics and co-authoring scholarly work on workplace performance, well-being, and AI governance.
Dan is particularly focused on the intersection of artificial intelligence, organizational effectiveness, and human potential.
